Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Phone cancellations must be confirmed in writing. Cancellations received by June 15, 2012 will receive a full refund off the registration fee. Cancellations received between June 15, 2012 and July 16, 2012 will be assessed a $50 processing fee. Cancellations received after July 16, 2012 or “no shows” will not receive a refund. In the event that the program is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

Elizabeth G. Rudolph, RN, MSN, JD 
is 
an attorney and nurse with many years experience practicing healthcare law in Memphis, Tennessee. She obtained her Bachelors in Nursing and Masters in Nursing from Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tennessee. She also received her law degree from Vanderbilt University. Rudolph is a nationally renowned speaker on legal issues in nursing and legal nurse consulting. She has spoken at over a thousand conferences, seminars and workshops. Rudolph has authored numerous publications on legal and nursing issues, many of which are available in books, courses and CDs. She has been the subject of many published articles and featured in network television programming. Rudolph is the Founder and President of Jurex Center for Legal Nurse Consulting, www.jurexnurse.com.
